A few days ago our engineers confirmed a technical bug affecting interactive tests played on iPads with iOS version 13 or 14. The bug, introduced through recent iOS upgrades dos not affect other version of iOS. Android tablets, chromebooks, laptops and desktop computers are also unaffected.

An update to the Interactive tests is being developed and will be installed as soon as possible.

As a temporary measure we recommend that MARK Interactive Tests are not attempted on iPads with iOS version 13 or 14.
