For customers who upload pupil and teacher records to Dynamic Learning, MARK or My Rising Stars an important update was made today.

When a CSV file has been uploaded you will be informed where your file is in the CSV processing queue. Customers have let us know that not being certain about when their file will be processed causes uncertainty around the process and interrupts their day. When the CSV file is completed, an email will notify the customer

We hope this this improvement will provide customers with more clarity about the CSV upload process, freeing up time to manage other tasks during the school day.
